Measure H, the "LA County Plan to Prevent and Combat Homelessness," is the March 7 ballot measure that will help end homelessness for 45,000 people across LA County, including so many women and children, veterans, seniors, foster youth, and the disabled. The average person in LA County would pay a little more than $1/month to achieve this goal, making LA County the first in the U.S. to take an action of this magnitude!
