Join us for our 3rd Climate & Clean Air Initiative Zoomposium
Thursday, January 21, 10 AM - 12 PM
Short-lived climate pollutants (SLCPs), including methane and black carbon,
are climate forcers more powerful than CO2. But, they are short-lived.
Are SLCPs our biggest climate risk or our biggest opportunity?
What can we do about them?
The International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has found that we have a decade to reduce climate pollution before catastrophic impacts are irreversible.
California's Air Resources Board has stated that SLCP reduction and carbon sequestration are the only ways to immediately reverse climate change and its impacts.
How do we accomplish this? JOIN US TO LEARN MORE.
