Move LA will launch “Move SoCal” and host a high-level discussion on modernizing regional rail and our goods movement infrastructure as a congestion reduction and economic development strategy in Southern California. Attendees will include labor, building trades, business, engineering and construction management, environmental, social and environmental justice, faith, governmental agencies and other organizations.
