Measure M in 2016 framed the promise of a connection between the Westside and the San Fernando Valley — a transformative transit project along the busiest transportation corridor in the entire nation. 

Metro is currently conducting an environmental review of alternative proposed systems in the corridor working with two private-sector design teams, LA SkyRail Express and Sepulveda Transit Corridor Partners, under a first-of-its-kind pre-development agreement to develop a design for distinct project alternatives: a monorail system or a subway system from the Valley to UCLA to Westwood and perhaps further. 

Move LA will host two virtual “Zoomposiums,” one with each of the design teams to give you and your neighbors a chance to hear about their proposal and ask questions. Join us on April 10th at Noon to hear from the Sepulveda Transit Corridor Partners and on April 12th at Noon with the SkyRail Team.
